Please go through the below points to find out whether your shipment is eligible for return or not:-
For a return, customer needs to raise query through WhatsApp (+918140701000) or E-mail (email@example.com) within 3 working days of the received product, once our customer care executive approves the query, they will assist you with warehouse address and return procedure.
If a customer wants to return the product, in any case they need to send the product by their own courier service to our warehouse and Shopkio will not bear the courier charges. Refund will be paid through REWARD POINTS which can be used for next purchase. Full reward will be given if there is any manufacturing fault. In all other cases, a sum of Rs100 will be deducted from the product amount ( it includes shipping and handling charges).
Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect in the delivered product. If you still want to return the product, you can raise query within 3 working days of receiving the product.
If a customer raises the query for return after 3 days of receiving the product, in that case, Rs 200 will be deducted from the product amount.
Returns are accepted only when the products returned are intact with original brand tags, packaging & are unused without any damage.
NOTE - We do not accept direct returns to our warehouse without prior intimation. Customer needs to get in touch with our Customer Service Team before sending the product to our warehouse.
NOTE - If customers return the product without any prior information to our customer support, in that case, only 50% of the product amount will be transferred to the reward point.
