Please go through the below points to find out whether your shipment is eligible for return or not:-
Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect or fabric discrepancy in the delivered product. If you still want to return the product, you can do so within 7 working days of receiving the product.
Returns are accepted only when the products returned are intact with original brand tags, packaging & are unused without any damage.
If customer wants to return product, in any case, they need to send the product to mentioned address by their own courier service to our warehouse and Shopkio will not bear the courier charges. In addition, a charge of Rs 200 will be charged per product(which includes one time courier charge). Refund will be paid through REWARD POINTS which can be used in next purchase. NOTE - no bank and cash transfer will be done in case of any return.
NOTE- If the order value is above 950Rs, a sum of Rs 300 will be deducted from the total amount and the rest will be refunded to the customer as a REWARD POINT.
